Rejoice is a contemplative album by Merel Vercammen and cellist Maya Fridman, featuring works by Sofia Gubaidulina, Pēteris Vasks and Maxim Shalygin – three composers deeply connected to nature, each in their own way. The album was recorded in the Pieterskerk in Utrecht and includes collaborations with Cappella Amsterdam and conductor Daniel Reuss.
